Lucius Butross is a thickly built black man of Jamican descent. His long dreadlocks and powerful hands are both festooned with golden jewlery. His easy smile and evil eyes combine to fix his prey while he chooses their fate. All of New Avalon’s gangs pay him their respect and he personally leads the Zumbi - an especially wicked gang.

He is in some way a champion of the poor people, railing against and taking from the wealthy in a perversion of the Robin Hood myth. He is most likely an opener though no one knows for certain.
